- The house is built on a hill with views to the east, overlooking the Aegean Sea, and to the west, the Ikarian Sea. It has a total area of 400 sq.m. spread over two floors. It is located in the KOUMANA/MELOI area, on a plot of 6,500 sq.m., at a distance of 1,500 meters from the port of Patmos and 200 meters from a sandy beach suitable for swimming. There is absolute tranquility, even in the month of August.
- The house, which was built in 2009, is maintained annually. It has 2 floors, which can be used as a single unit or independently. Each floor includes a kitchen, dining area, living room, and guest WC. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, and the lower floor has 3 bedrooms. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, double beds, and air conditioning. Both floors have separate entrances/exits and are equipped with WiFi. The house is also inhabited during the winter as it has a heating system.
- On the plot, there are 60 olive trees, orange and lemon trees, as well as seasonal produce such as strawberries, tomatoes, and zucchinis. A gardener takes care of them annually. There is an abundant supply of clean water from a borehole.
- The plot also includes a 27 sq.m. studio and a 45 sq.m. garage.
- There is parking space for at least 10 cars.
